ROI Counts is an eCommerce marketing agency for top leading D2C brands.
We are looking to add a creative marketing focused Graphic Designer to our team.
Your day to day will be mainly designing static Ads for social media, and email marketing mainly.
In addition, you also know how to design landing pages, website, product packaging, branding guidelines and more for eCommerce brands.
Here is what we are looking for in our Graphic Designer:-
- Exceptional command of software like Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
- You know how to design Facebook Ads that stand out on social media, and have a portfolio to back it up.
- You have also designed marketing emails in Figma to be used in Klaviyo.
- You also know how to design Landing pages, website UI/UX, product packaging, brand guidelines and anything that an eCommerce brand design needs entail.
- You are skilled to make designs stand out by creating custom graphics, illustrations, using stock footage to make the graphics interesting.
- Brainstorm unique design ideas.
- Ensure all-around consistency of graphics (style, fonts, images, and tone) according to brand guidelines.
- Interest in learning through company provided courses, training, and conferences.
- Work with marketing team to generate design ideas and execute.
- Be a team player and always have great fast communication.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, set timelines/deadlines.
- Having video editing knowledge is a plus.

- Background bright summer light (maybe beach or trail) so contrast is high.
- Use warm tones (sunlight) and highlight the texture of the hat fabric.
- Maybe include a close-up inset of the brim showing “UV 50+” label.
- Could be AI enhanced: rays of sun being “repelled” by the brim (subtle visual effect) or hat glowing slightly in contrast to sun glare.
2. “Adventure Ready”
- Headline: “Wherever You Go, Stay Covered.”
- Sub-headline: From beach to trail to picnic — one hat that handles it all.
- Callouts: Ponytail slot • Breathable • Foldable • Packable (with custom icons for each)
- Visual Idea:
- Travel / outdoor action shot: hat folded into a backpack, then worn on trail or at campsite.
- Show someone pulling it out of bag, brim catching a breeze.
- Maybe multiple frames (triptych) or split: packing → wearing → relaxing in shade.
- Use earthy colours; the hat texture visible, shadow under brim, maybe a view with trees/sunlight interplay.
3. “Beauty + Protection”
- Headline: “Protect Your Skin Without Losing Your Look.”
- Sub-headline: The hat that keeps sun off and ups your style game every day.
- Callouts: Stylish colors • Adjustable chin strap • Washable • Water-resistant (with custom icons for each)
- Visual Idea:
- Model wearing the hat with stylish outfit (fashiony casual).
- Use soft pastel or neutral background that makes the hat pop.
- Include a close-up of the hat’s features: maybe ponytail slot, adjustable strap, brim texture.
- Optional AI touch: accentuating UV protection (e.g. subtle light filter showing protection aura) or a soft glow effect around the brim to signify “shield.”
