Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to join our NGO’s communications team. In this role, you will use the power of design to bring our mission to life through impactful visual storytelling. Your designs will support awareness and advocacy campaigns, engaging diverse audiences — from donors and partners to the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging graphics for digital and print, including reports, brochures, social media content, infographics, banners, event materials, and presentations.Ensure brand consistency by upholding the organization’s visual identity across all design projects.Develop digital assets for online campaigns, newsletters, and website content.Contribute fresh, innovative ideas for communication campaigns and storytelling initiatives.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality output.

Preferred QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and CorelDRAW.Basic skills in video editing, motion graphics, or photography.Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation best practices.Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
Experience3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
