About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to design high-quality visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to create visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and drive engagement. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creativity and performance-driven design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging creatives for social media posts, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
• Create website UI elements such as banners, landing page sections, and graphics
• Develop branding materials including logos, color palettes, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce conversion-focused ad creatives
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets
• Maintain consistency in designs across all platforms
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in digital marketing or web services)
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, ad designs, and web graphics
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to create performance-driven creatives (ads that convert)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
• Male candidates preferred

Monday – Friday: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
