About the Role
Are you a versatile designer who loves seeing your work come to life in the real world — on buildings, vehicles, walls, and storefronts all over town?

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer / Sign Designer to join our team and collaborate closely with sales, production, and customers to create effective, high-quality signage. This role requires someone who can move comfortably between quick, simple designs and more complex projects, all while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret design briefs and understand project goals, scope, and constraints
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop signage concepts that meet customer needs
• Create and revise design concepts for a wide variety of sign types and industries
• Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback and revisions professionally
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files for printing, cutting, routing, and installation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of completion
• Maintain organized files and follow established design and production standards
• Contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the design process

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail and ability to design to scale and specifications
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple active projects

Bonus (not required but helpful):

• Experience designing for signage, large-format printing, or environmental graphics
• Familiarity with preparing files for print and fabrication
