Graphic Designer - Signage and Production

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sign Production Specialist & Graphic Designer to bring visual excellence and innovative signage solutions to life. In this role, you will combine your expertise in graphic design with hands-on sign production skills to craft compelling visual communications that elevate brand presence and captivate audiences. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will drive the creation of high-quality signage, digital graphics, and marketing materials that resonate across various platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for signage, branding, digital art, and marketing campaigns using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Flexi.
• Design eye-catching logos, layouts, typography, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Produce high-quality signage through fabrication processes, ensuring precision in sign manufacturing including vinyl cutting, mounting, and finishing.
• Mount vinyl onto various substrates including aluminum, PVC, acrylic, and foam board.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements.
• Operate large-format printers, vinyl plotters, and laminators. Weed, tape, and mask vinyl graphics.
• Assist in sign installation and sign manufacturing processes to guarantee quality control from production to final display.
• Install vinyl graphics, vehicle wraps, window decals, and dimensional lettering at client locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design .
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Experience in Flexi a plus.
• Hands-on experience with sign production techniques including sign manufacturing processes such as vinyl cutting, fabrication, and installation.
• Comfortable using ladders, levels, measuring tapes, and heat guns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
