Sparkly Grow is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our team in Multan.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Canva, basic to advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, and experience creating professional social media designs.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, banners, stories, ads, and promotional content
• Manage and schedule content for social media pages
• Create visuals for campaigns and brand promotions
• Maintain a consistent brand style across all designs
• Stay updated with social media design trends
• Coordinate with the team for daily creative requirements

Requirements

• Strong command of Canva
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with social media design and content creation
• Ability to manage social media pages
• Good understanding of layouts, colors, typography, and branding
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Must be available to work in-house in Multan

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools
• Basic caption-writing skills
