The Role
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer who is ready to hit the ground running. You will be the engine behind our daily content, turning ideas into engaging social assets. This role is perfect for a "doer" who loves experimenting with new tools (especially AI), moves fast, and understands how to make content that feels native to Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You don't need to be an expert yet, but you need to be eager, efficient, and obsessed with social trends.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• High-Volume Content Production: Create consistent daily content, ranging from static carousel posts to short-form video edits.
• Video Editing: Take raw clips and turn them into engaging Reels/TikToks using CapCut/Canva. You’ll handle cuts, captions, trending audio, and basic transitions.
• Design Execution: Use Canva for quick, on-brand templates and Figma for more detailed layouts or design system components.
• AI Implementation: Actively use AI tools (e.g., image generation, caption brainstorming, background removal, video effects) to speed up your workflow and enhance your creativity.
• Trend Spotting: Keep an eye on what’s trending and proactively suggest how we can jump on those trends with our own content.

Your Toolkit (Requirements)

• 1–2 Years of Experience: You have a portfolio showing actual social media work (personal projects count if they are high quality).
• CapCut Proficiency: You are fast on mobile/desktop editing. You know how to make a video feel "native" to the platform.
• Canva & Figma Skills: You know when to use Canva for speed and Figma for precision. You can keep files organized and easy to share.
• AI-Forward Mindset: You don't shy away from AI; you see it as a superpower to help you work faster and better.

• Visual Storyteller: You understand that design on social media isn't just about looking good, and for the international markets, it’s about stopping the scroll and communicating a message clearly.
• Adaptable: You are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on your designs quickly.
• Detail-Oriented: You double-check your spelling, alignment, and export settings before hitting send.

Salary range: 90,000 PKR - 150,000 PKR per monthPlease note that the salary is tied to the United States Dollar (USD), meaning that as the USD increases, the salary will increase proportionally.

Location: DHA Phase 6 Sector C. Full Time Onsite
