Graphic Designer Social Media & Client Relationships Executive (Female)

looking for a creative and confident Female Graphic Designer who can design professional graphics and also handle basic client communication.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in logo design, social media creatives, ad creatives, and templates. Along with design work, the candidate should also be comfortable with client communication, calls, and basic sales coordination for digital and SaaS services.

The role also includes basic social media handling for our in-house e-commerce operations, including creating posts and managing engagement..

Key Responsibilities:

• Design banners, product images, social media graphics, and promotional content for online platforms.
• Edit product images with clean white backgrounds and mirror shadows for e-commerce listings.
• Able to work on Video Edditing and Animations
• Upload and manage products on Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Write SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
• Monitor product listings and update stock, prices, and product data as needed.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics where required.
• Perform basic digital marketing tasks (if trained or guided).

Client Communication

• Communicate with clients regarding design and service requirements
• Handle client calls, follow-ups, and project coordination
• Assist in selling digital and SaaS related services
• Perform cold calling and lead communication when required

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Video Edditing Softwares
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or any other e-commerce CMS.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and visual accuracy.
• Basic understanding of SEO and online shopping trends is a plus.
• Able to work independently without a team.
• Cooperative, responsible, and detail-oriented attitude.

Work Environment

• Individual working setup (not a large team environment.
• Must be willing to commute daily
