ImageBloom is seeking a highly creative and innovative Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer to help develop engaging digital content and visual campaigns for both ImageBloom and our healthcare clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern social media culture, visual storytelling, short-form video trends, and how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement across platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
This is a collaborative and creatively driven role that combines graphic design, short-form video editing, branding, motion graphics, content strategy, and social media marketing. Successful candidates will work closely with the ImageBloom marketing team to support advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, branding efforts, and creative business development projects across multiple industries within healthcare and clinical research.
Candidates should possess a strong eye for design, an understanding of evolving digital trends, and the ability to think creatively outside the box to develop fresh and engaging content concepts. We are looking for someone who not only creates visually appealing content, but also understands how to develop content that performs well across social media platforms through audience engagement, platform optimization, and innovative storytelling.

Primary job duties for this position consist of the following:

Create engaging social media content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Meta/Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging digital channels

Design high-performing digital content, including social media graphics, short-form videos, Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, promotional graphics, advertisements, presentations, and branded marketing materials

Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for audience engagement, social media performance, and digital advertising campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing and graphic design teams to develop creative campaign concepts, branding ideas, visual storytelling strategies, and promotional content

Develop innovative content concepts aligned with current social media trends, platform best practices, and audience engagement strategies

Create platform-specific content optimized for social media algorithms, audience interaction, brand awareness, and content performance

Assist with social media content planning, content calendars, campaign organization, and scheduling of digital assets

Create motion graphics, animated content, and multimedia assets to support social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives

Support digital advertising campaigns through the creation of compelling visual content and social media marketing assets

Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms, campaigns, and marketing materials

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, to create high-quality creative assets

Analyze social media trends, viral content styles, trending audio, and emerging digital marketing trends to help improve engagement and campaign performance

Assist with content strategy development and contribute creative ideas that help ImageBloom and its clients stand out in competitive digital spaces

Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting project deadlines

Continually self-educate on trends in social media marketing, graphic design, branding, video editing, content creation, motion graphics, and emerging digital platforms

Work with marketing leadership and other team members to support ongoing company growth initiatives, branding efforts, and creative marketing strategies

Qualifications and Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, marketing, communications, multimedia design, or related field

1-3 years of experience in social media content creation, graphic design, video editing, digital marketing, branding, or related creative field

Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, visual storytelling, social media content creation, short-form video editing, branding, and multimedia content development

Experience creating engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and other creative software as applicable

Experience with CapCut, Figma, or other content creation and video editing tools is a plus

Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, social media trends, and platform-specific best practices

Understanding of short-form video trends, Reels optimization, TikTok-style editing, YouTube Shorts, and performance-driven content creation

Knowledge of branding, typography, layout design, color theory, motion graphics, and digital storytelling principles

Ability to creatively think outside the box as it relates to social media campaigns, digital marketing concepts, branding ideas, and content creation strategies

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet project deadlines

Photography, videography, animation, motion graphics, or content production experience is a plus

Passion for social media culture, digital content creation, branding, and emerging creative trends

Clinical research, healthcare, agency, or advertising experience preferred, but not required
