Job Summary

The Graphic Designer and Social Media Expert is responsible for creating engaging visual content and managing the company's social media presence across various platforms. This role combines a strong design sense with strategic content planning to enhance brand identity, drive audience engagement, and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

I. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation

Design Assets: Design and develop a wide range of visual content, including social media posts (static, carousels, stories), campaign graphics, infographics, presentation decks, email graphics, and web banners.

Video/Motion Graphics: Create and edit short-form video content (e.g., insta Reels, vedios, YouTube Shorts) and basic motion graphics to maximize engagement on social channels.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional aesthetic across all platforms

Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and campaigns, transforming them into high-quality visual executions.

Social Media Management & Strategy

  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, , X/Twitter, Pinterest,etc).
  • Content Calendar: Develop, schedule, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community to foster a positive brand image.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices to keep the content fresh and competitive.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) to make data-driven decisions and optimize content performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: Fresher or 1 years of proven experience in both graphic design and social media content creation/management.
  • Design Proficiency: High proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, canva). Experience with other tools like Figma is a plus.
  • Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their respective content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for effective copywriting and visual storytelling.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
