Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (EST Time Zone, Monday to Friday)
Salary: Upto 120k (depending on experience)
Experience: 1.5 - 2+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and post engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Create trendy visuals (posts, stories, reels, carousels, thumbnails, etc.) aligned with the latest design and social media trends
• Manage day-to-day posting and platform-specific strategies
• Track performance using insights and analytics to improve reach & engagement
• Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns for brand visibility and lead generation
• Coordinate with internal teams to promote events, culture, and product launches
• Develop bi weekly and monthly reports for all the social media handle of the company and its clients
• Able to use ad and business suite of different social media
• Able to handle multiple clients and have an active client communication skills
• Knows branding and Go to Markets concepts

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a software house (mandatory)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
• Solid grip on social media trends, meme culture, Gen Z content styles, minimalism, typography, and animations
• Ability to turn ideas into clean, modern designs that “look good and work great”
• Familiarity with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic Tools, or Adobe Firefly) is a big plus
• Must have a portfolio with design and social media content samples
• Experience in Real Estate is a plus
