Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics, marketing collateral, and digital creatives for property listings, campaigns, and events.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Ideate, script, and write creative concepts for reels, short-form videos, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop video edits, reels, and motion graphics to increase brand reach.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and communications.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead-generation campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Manager, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital content, and campaign work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Strong understanding of trending content formats, especially Reels & TikTok.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
• Photography/videography skills will be an added advantage.
