Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented person who can design high-quality graphics for our Instagram posts, YouTube thumbnails, stories, and reels, while also managing our social media posting schedules for multiple channels (News + Advertising Agency). You will handle content creation, posting, and basic engagement so that our channels stay active and visually appealing every day.

Responsibilities:

• Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and reels covers
• Create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for news videos
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
• Post content on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms on schedule
• Coordinate with anchors, researchers, and marketing team to ensure timely posting
• Suggest creative ideas for improving engagement
• Manage basic analytics tracking to see which posts work best

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
• Experience in Instagram & YouTube content design
• Understanding of social media trends and platform requirements
• Ability to work quickly and meet daily deadlines
• Good sense of layout, typography, and color
• Basic skills in social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.)

Bonus Skills:

• Short video editing for reels and YouTube Shorts
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly captions and hashtags
• Experience in news or educational content design
