About the Role

Enoves is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager (Only Females) with a minimum of three years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in visual design, branding, and social media management, along with a deep understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and performance-driven social media growth. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple platforms, managing brand presence, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.
• Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop engaging visual and written content aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Lead and guide junior designers or social media team members when required.
• Handle client communication and manage multiple social media projects effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media algorithms.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager.
• Strong command of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
• Understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and content strategy.
• Experience in team leadership and client management is a plus.
• Experience working with international clients or brands is preferred.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site only during the 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift.
• No remote work or remote tasks are allowed.
