Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager (Full-Time, In-Office)

Location: 159 NW 1st St, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Benefits: Available after 90 days

About the Role

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager to work full-time in our Deerfield Beach office. This is a hands-on execution role where you’ll be creating content daily and managing our social media presence directly from the office.

If you’re fast, consistent, and know how to create content that gets attention and drives action, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for ads, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Create and post daily content on platforms like Instagram and Facebook
  • Edit photos and short-form videos for content and ads
  • Manage comments, messages, and engagement
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content
  • Collaborate with the team on campaigns and promotions
  • Analyze performance and improve content over time

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and/or social media
  • Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and what performs
  • Reliable, organized, and consistent
  • Must be able to work in-office (this is not a remote role)
