Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse with a planner’s mind. You’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence, designing marketing creatives, and bringing digital campaigns to life — all while maintaining rigorous attention to detail, planning with precision, and crunching numbers like a pro.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Develop and implement monthly social media calendars (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and monitor social engagement
  • Coordinate with the events team to curate content from live events
  • Graphic Design
  • Design creative assets for social media, presentations, invitations, ads, proposals, and other brand material
  • Maintain a visually cohesive brand identity across all digital platforms
  • Digital Marketing
  • Assist in running email campaigns, paid promotions, SEO efforts
  • Track analytics and performance reports, suggesting data-backed improvements
  • Planning & Coordination
  • Support the founder and team with planning documents, client presentations, and proposals
  • Create and manage checklists, timelines, and schedules with accuracy and foresight
  • Be involved in pre-event planning sheets and team task breakdowns
  • Admin & Analytics
  • Work on Excel spreadsheets and budgets with strong numerical accuracy
  • Support backend planning with neat documentation and data management

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media and graphic design (event industry background is a plus)
  • Excellent command of Canva / Adobe Suite / Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign/UI/UX
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (must be comfortable with formulas and budgeting)
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills — your checklists have checklists!
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for tidy documentation and structured work
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with calm precision
  • Good with numbers and basic math for budgeting and planning sheets
  • Creative thinker with a clean aesthetic and an eye for design trends

Event Related responsibilities

CREATIVES- Study design briefs and Suggest requirements
- Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate clients’ vision - - Create designs using illustration, photo editing and layout software -Making Video/Whatsapp invites for clients
- Creating Graphics for Theme Party Props/backdrops/etc as per briefDesigning Marketing Material such as brochures, collages, company related online and offline marketing material
- Theme research and keeping up with Trending Events/ Birthdays styles/ latest themes/ latest executions in the market and creating aesthetic looks for upcoming parties and for Insta Handle.
- Being Present at Events to capture the Pre and Post event experience, hence creating content for posting. .
- Collaborate with other team members and brainstorming different ways to promote the brand/ Diff ideas to post stories.
- FINAL REVIEW AND REVISING for errors before they are printed or published - Finding vendors with competitive rates for all printing material.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Understanding Brand Aesthetics and keeping colours/palettes/styles in mind

- Social Media Marketing -
Sharing/brainstorming ideas on Social Media -Marketing, Posts, Stories, Reels for both handles : Munchkin Entertainment and Occasionalley productions.
Ensuring the Social Media Calendar is followed.
- Sharing inspirations, pins, suggestions, ideas for instagram
- Making Print Templates forTheme Creatives repeat designs such as Backdrops/ Props/Signs etc and also coming up with theme related content for the same.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,001.41 - ₹25,559.54 per month
