Job Title: Graphic Designer, UI/UX & Digital Marketing Expert
Location: On-site, Johar Town
Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Salary: Starting from PKR 60,000/month

Job Summary

We are hiring a multi-talented Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Expert who can design professional website mockups, branding material, and engaging social media content while also managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

This role is ideal for someone who has both a creative design eye and a strategic marketing mindset, capable of delivering high-quality visuals and driving measurable results through advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Design website layouts and UI/UX mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Create graphics, social media posts, reels, and marketing material using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Develop branding assets (logos, guidelines, promotional content).
• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Perform keyword research, targeting, and audience segmentation for ad campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure cohesive branding across platforms.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media algorithms, and digital marketing innovations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Digital Marketer (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and modern web design practices.
• Ability to create ad creatives (both static and video) that drive engagement and conversions.
• Knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
