Graphic Designer - Social Media Marketing Executive

AdFlix Studio is a Dubai-based production house with an in-house editing suite, dubbing studio, podcast studio, mini theatre, and media agency services. We specialize in film production, OTT content creation, brand marketing, and creative content solutions. We’re looking for a young, creative and energetic talent who can take our visuals and social presence to the next level.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Executive who can:

• Create cinematic posters
• Design high-quality graphics
• Edit engaging video content
• Run social media ad campaigns
• Strategize and handle brand promotions across platfor
• Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design posters, thumbnails, banners, pitch decks, brochures, and social media creatives
• Create branding materials for films, events, podcasts, and commercials
• Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects (basic motion skills are a bonus)

Video Editing

Edit reels, promos, podcast clips,

BTS footage and cinematic teasers

Ability to work with raw footage and produce export-ready content

Knowledge of color grading, transitions, audio sync & trendy edit styles

Social Media & Marketing

Plan and schedule daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.

Run paid advertisement campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads knowledge is a plus)Track insights, analytics, leads, reach & performance

Create strategies to increase followers and brand engagement

Handle campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting

Brand & Communication

Maintain brand identity across all visuals

Assist in creative brainstorming for promotions, app launch campaigns & film marketing Coordinate with photographers, models, influencers, and internal teamsRequirements

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator (must)
• Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci)
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing & running ad campaigns
• Creative mindset with a sense of cinematic design and storytelling
• Basic photography & videography knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver fast
• Prior experience in a media agency, studio, or creative industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
