Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are a luxury-focused, fast-growing real estate brokerage seeking a creative, proactive, and service-driven Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Specialist. This role supports our marketing, agent branding, and event initiatives with high-quality design and digital presence.

Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials using Photoshop and Canva
• Design listing flyers, presentations, social templates, and event graphics
• Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Schedule and manage social media content across platforms
• Assist with minor website updates and digital marketing campaigns
• Support branding initiatives, company events, and marketing operations
• Collaborate with leadership and agents to bring brand direction to life
• Maintain positive, service-oriented communication with agents and clients

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva
• Experience creating and editing social media video content
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital trends
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team culture
• Real estate marketing experience preferred

Hybrid and In Person Role at Houston Heights or Kingwood, Tx

Job Types: Contract, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
