Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Specialist Photography Education Launch (Contract)

Sandy Puc Photography & Video is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer and Social Media Marketing Specialist to support the launch of a new photography education platform while assisting with ongoing studio marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on creative position for someone who excels at graphic design, content creation, social media marketing, and brand development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, works independently, and has experience creating marketing campaigns from concept through execution.

This is a 12-week contract position with the potential for extension based on project needs.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and creative individual who can assist with the design, planning, organization, and execution of a photography education launch while also supporting ongoing studio marketing efforts.

This position requires someone who can think strategically, create compelling visual content, manage multiple projects, and collaborate closely with our team.

Most work will be completed in our Littleton studio, with the option to work remotely one day per week.

Primary ResponsibilitiesEducational Launch Support (50%)

  • Assist in organizing and executing the launch of a new online photography education platform
  • Create launch graphics, promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets
  • Design workbooks, PDFs, course materials, worksheets, and educational resources
  • Help organize content calendars and launch timelines
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables to ensure launch deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with the owner on course branding and creative direction
  • Create graphics for webinars, email campaigns, social media, and landing pages

Studio Marketing & Graphic Design (50%)

  • Design social media graphics, advertisements, eBlasts, postcards, and promotional materials
  • Assist in creating content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Develop branded marketing materials for photography campaigns and special events
  • Support website and landing page graphic needs
  • Assist with content organization and project management
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • InDesign
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Lightroom (preferred but not required)
  • Experience creating marketing materials and promotional campaigns
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
  • Experience with online education, course launches, or digital products is a major plus
  • Familiarity with Canva, Go High Level, Kajabi, Teachable, or similar platforms is beneficial

  • Portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and marketing work
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Littleton 2-4 days per week
