Your Mission

Create world-class, scroll-stopping visual content across brands in the Sav Media Group ecosystem — from trades and construction to luxury e-commerce.

Every asset you design should perform, not just exist.

What You’ll Do

• Design static, carousel, and short-form video assets optimized for Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Collaborate with the media buying and strategy teams to craft high-converting creatives.

• Build brand systems that keep content consistent but never repetitive.

• Turn copy and campaign ideas into polished visuals that sell.

• Manage creative testing and continuously evolve concepts based on performance data.

• Maintain organized Figma/Canva files that don’t make your teammates want to cry.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

• Understand contrast, hierarchy, and motion psychology.

• Can take feedback without throwing a digital tantrum.

Nice to Have

• 2+ years experience designing social content or paid ad creatives.

• Mastery of Canva, Figma, Photoshop, and video editing tools.

• Bonus points if you can edit Reels/TikToks that actually convert.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, marketing funnels, and ad creative strategy.
