Position Summary
We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to bring our brand to life across Huff Construction, Huff Concrete and Huff Steel. This is a hands-on creative role focused on design, content creation, and brand consistency across all locations and platforms. This position does not manage people and reports directly to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create graphic designs for marketing materials, social media, proposals, digital marketing, and company communications
  • Manage and create content for social media platforms
  • Support copywriting for posts, project highlights, website content, and promotional materials
  • Assist with layout and design of project proposals and presentations
  • Capture, organize, and manage photo and video content from job sites and company events across all Huff locations, including travel.
  • Support branded promotional items and company apparel
  • Ensure consistent branding across all Huff Construction, Huff Concrete and Huff Steel.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaigns and content planning

Qualifications

  • Degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing tools
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working on multiple projects

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
