About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and dependable team member to join our studio as a Graphic Designer & Studio Associate. This role combines graphic design work for custom photo booth experiences with hands-on studio responsibilities to help keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This role plays an important part in ensuring both the client experience and studio environment remain professional, efficient, and visually polished.
Graphic Design Responsibilities
- Design custom photo booth templates, overlays, welcome screens, and print layouts
- Create event branding materials for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and private parties
- Edit and revise designs based on client requests and feedback
- Prepare and export production-ready files for digital and print use
- Maintain organized design folders, templates, and creative assets
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards and quality expectations
- Assist with creative concepts, mockups, and visual presentations
- Stay updated on design trends, event aesthetics, and social media styles
Studio Associate Responsibilities
- Open and close the studio according to daily procedures
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain studio spaces, equipment, and workstations
- Organize props, inventory, event supplies, and equipment storage
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor studio supplies and communicate restocking needs
- Ensure the studio remains professional, clean, and client-ready at all times
- Support management and team members with operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software
- Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and modern design aesthetics
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable performing light cleaning and physical setup tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in graphic design, events, photography, or creative studios
- Knowledge of photo booth software and event workflows
- Experience with printers, cutting machines, or production equipment
- Social media content creation or marketing experience
- Familiarity with event industry trends and branding
