Graphic / Designer - T-Shirt art a must!!

<Job Summary>
We're seeking a visionary Graphic Designer to lead our 3-person creative team in creating bold, on-brand visual content—especially standout t-shirt art—that drives our marketing goals.You'll oversee projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring innovative, high-quality designs that resonate with our audience.

<Responsibilities>

• Lead creative direction for t-shirt graphics, apparel, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to translate objectives into effective visual strategies
• Design using Adobe Creative Suite (heavy focus on Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Stay current on t-shirt design trends and incorporate fresh ideas
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Mentor team members and maintain brand consistency
• Submit a link to your current portfolio (required)

<Requirements>

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong experience in t-shirt/apparel design, typography, and print-ready artwork
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organization and multitasking ability
• Collaborative, innovative mindset with a passion for design
