Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Junior and Mid Level Graphics Designer, to lead creative projects and elevate our brand through compelling visual communication. This role is ideal for a creative professional with leadership skills, strong design expertise, and hands - on experience with AI-driven design tools. The designer will not only execute but also guide the team, ensuring that all visual outputs align with our brand and client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept to execution.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Develop design strategies aligned with business and branding objectives.
• Stay updated with global design trends and apply innovative approaches.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency across all design outputs.
• Leverage AI tools (MidJourney, Hailo, Stable Diffusion, Flux, etc.) to generate creative graphics, optimize workflows, and expand design possibilities.
• Work with prompts and advanced AI techniques to create high-quality visuals for campaigns and branding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ for Junior Level and 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design (senior role preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and AI-powered tools (MidJourney, Hailo, Flux).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand identity.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• A solid portfolio showcasing branding, web, print, and digital design projects.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Motion graphics or video editing.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced environment.
