Job Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and creative Graphic Designer Tutor to join our EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in graphic design, mentoring students, and developing practical, industry-relevant learning content. This role requires both strong design expertise and the ability to effectively teach and guide learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging graphic design training sessions
• Teach tools and concepts including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and design fundamentals
• Guide students on design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and branding
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and practical projects
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Support students in portfolio development and real-world project execution
• Collaborate with academic/content teams to enhance course materials
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred)
• 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design or related field
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite
• Prior teaching/training experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Portfolio demonstrating professional design work
