Role Overview

Upmotion Tech is hiring a UI/UX Designer who can design complete digital experiences and also contribute to how our brand shows up visually across platforms. This role goes beyond screen design. It requires a strong sense of structure, usability, and visual consistency, along with the ability to translate brand thinking into both product interfaces and public-facing content.

What You Will Do

• Design intuitive, consistent user interfaces for web and mobile products
• Own the design process from wireframes and flows to polished UI and developer handoff
• Translate product requirements into clear layouts, interaction patterns, and user journeys
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and visual guidelines
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Identify usability issues and continuously refine user experience
• Create visual assets for social media, announcements, and brand communication
• Maintain visual consistency between product design and social media branding

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on real, shipped products
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and interaction principles
• High proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
• Ability to think systematically and explain design decisions clearly
• Strong eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing responsive interfaces across devices
• Experience creating brand-aligned visuals for social media platforms
• A solid portfolio that demonstrates both product design and branding work
