Position: Graphic Designer + UI/UX & Video Editing Rockstar (Social Media Growth Specialist)

Location: Mohali (On-site)

Goal: Take our social media + brand presence from “good visuals” to “viral engagement & traffic”

Who We're looking For

Not the usual designer. Not a “just edit the video and send” person.

We’re looking for a creative growth weapon — someone who:

• Eats, sleeps & breathes content design + UI/UX
• Knows what’s trending RIGHT NOW
• Can convert ideas → into scroll-stopping graphics, viral videos, and engaging user journeys
• Thinks like a creator/influencer, not a traditional editor

If you’ve worked with influencers, founders, coaches, personal brands, or viral social media pages, we are already interested.

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing stunning social media creatives (carousels, thumbnails, ads, stories, etc.)
• Editing high-retention videos, reels & motion graphics with hooks + subtitles + pacing
• Creating clean & modern UI/UX designs for websites + apps
• Turning ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect layouts
• Upgrading brand aesthetics with fresh & smart visual updates across platforms
• Brainstorming viral ideas with the marketing & tech team
• Suggesting content styles that drive engagement — not just look good

Skills That Get Us Excited

• Figma
• Photoshop / Illustrator
• After Effects / Premiere Pro
• Strong UI/UX fundamentals → user psychology, flow, retention
• Familiarity with trending styles, typography, transitions & viral formats
• Experience with Canva, Behance, Dribbble, Webflow & creative communities
• (Bonus) Hands-on with WordPress & theme layout tweaks
