Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience to produce engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, branding, video content, and more. In our fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in transforming ideas into compelling visual content that drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics including social media posts, thumbnails, posters, banners, and brand assets using Adobe tools.
• Collaborate with content creators, social media teams, and talent managers to understand project needs and deliver designs aligned with brand identity.
• Conceptualize ideas, incorporate feedback, and refine designs for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Ensure brand consistency while staying updated with modern design trends in colors, typography, and styles.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain well-organized design files for team use.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance content quality and increase audience engagement.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency, media, freelance, or in-house experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential; familiarity with Figma, Canva, or After Effects is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work (link or samples required).
• Excellent sense of design, including layout, color theory, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and idea presentation.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
