WHO WE ARE

Wrap GFX is a commercial vehicle wrap company headquartered in Nashville, TN. We are currently growing at 100% year over year and expanding into our second market with a new location in Las Vegas, NV. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a fast-moving company with real momentum - backed by an established team, proven systems, and immediate production volume from day one.

You will work on-site in Las Vegas but collaborate directly with our Nashville design team. Workload is shared across both locations - some days you are designing for Vegas clients, some days for Nashville. You are part of a real design team, not working in isolation.

This is not an agency. We design, print, and install vehicle wraps for commercial clients - fleets, vans, box trucks, trailers, and more. Designs go directly to print. Speed, accuracy, and output volume matter here.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design vehicle wrap layouts for commercial clients across both Las Vegas and Nashville markets

- Build production files in Adobe Illustrator from client-provided logos, photos, and copy

- Prepare and preflight large-format print files: bleeds, color profiles, panel splits, and oversize dimensions

- Collaborate daily with designers at our Nashville HQ - sharing files, feedback, and workload

- Manage multiple active jobs simultaneously and hit daily output targets

- Follow shared file naming, folder, and template systems used across both locations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in vehicle wraps, large-format print, or sign production

- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills - this is your primary tool

- Real understanding of vehicle templates, cut lines, panel seams, and how designs read on curved surfaces

- A portfolio of installed or printed work - not mockups or concept boards

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team without friction

- Able to take a rough client brief and produce a solid, clean design in a single pass

Bonus: experience with commercial fleet clients, Roland or Mimaki RIP software, or wrap installation knowledge

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- Hourly rate: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience and speed

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

- You need multiple rounds of internal approval before a file leaves your desk

- You are looking for remote or hybrid work - this is a full-time, on-site position in Las Vegas

- Your background is only branding agencies, UI/UX, or social media design

- You struggle to collaborate or communicate clearly with a team you are not physically next to

- You are not currently in Las Vegas or actively relocating here
