Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can turn ideas into stunning visuals — across static, motion, and digital formats.

From Instagram reels to LinkedIn carousels, brand brochures to YouTube videos — you’ll help us create engaging content that drives results and builds brand presence.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design

• Design marketing collaterals: social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, carousels, etc.
• Create brand identity elements: logos, color palettes, typography.
• Develop creatives for ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
• Trim, sync, and enhance raw footage with sound/music/transitions.
• Add animation, motion graphics, subtitles, effects as needed.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the content and marketing team.
• Understand briefs, brainstorm ideas, and execute designs aligned with strategy.
• Stay updated with design/video trends and apply them where suitable.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent tools).
• Strong eye for design, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Basic knowledge of video formats, compression, and resolutions.
• Ability to manage time and multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Creativity with attention to detail.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.

Good to Have (Bonus Points)

• Experience in Canva, Figma, or CapCut.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform requirements.
• Animation or 3D design experience.
• Ability to work on website banners, landing pages, etc.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
