We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to work remotely and elevate our digital content. The ideal candidate excels at creating dynamic social media posts and engaging YouTube thumbnails that drive audience growth and brand awareness. Responsibilities Design creative and visually appealing social media graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including posts, carousels, and story assets. Create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails optimized for click-through and brand alignment. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all deliverables. Adapt designs based on feedback and evolving content strategies, preparing assets for quick and efficient deployment. Maintain and update editable templates in Canva for various brand campaigns. Research trending visual styles and apply best practices in social media and YouTube design. Manage workflow to deliver high-quality graphics on deadlines in a remote setting. Requirements Professional experience in graphic design, particularly for social media and YouTube content. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Strong portfolio showcasing modern, engaging social media posts and YouTube thumbnails. Understanding of brand aesthetics, typography, color theory, and digital trends. Ability to work independently, take direction, and handle multiple projects in a remote, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication skills for collaborating virtually and giving/receiving feedback. Nice to Have Experience working fully remote or with distributed teams. Familiarity with other design and editing tools (e.g., Illustrator, Figma, CapCut). Skills in motion graphics or basic video editing for enhancing social content.
