Role Overview:
EduGet Foundation is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to design impactful visuals and engaging multimedia content that communicates our mission of bridging the digital and educational divide. The role combines storytelling, design, and video production to create content for campaigns, social media, events, and donor communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling graphics, infographics, reports, and digital assets for campaigns, events, and learning materials.
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce videos (short-form & long-form) for social media, awareness campaigns, and impact storytelling.
- Collaborate with the communications, fundraising, and program teams to develop design concepts aligned with EduGet’s vision.
- Capture and edit photo/video content from field activities, events, and community initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design and video outputs.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos when needed.
- Stay updated with design and video trends to make EduGet’s storytelling more engaging.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring quality and creativity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
- Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Strong sense of typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to shoot basic video/photo content.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to translate ideas into visuals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work with NGOs, social impact projects, or educational initiatives.
- Experience in creating content for social media campaigns and fundraising appeals.
- Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, or basic 3D design is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
