Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging and brand-consistent creatives for social media, websites, and digital ads.
- Create and edit promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics for various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies.
- Manage end-to-end video production: storyboarding, shooting (if required), editing, and post-production.
- Ensure all visuals and videos align with brand guidelines and industry trends.
- Optimize graphics and videos for different digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest design tools, video trends, and digital marketing practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BCA, MCA, BE (Computer Science), or BE (Electronics & Communication).
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, etc.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and content requirements across platforms.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Basic knowledge of animation/3D design.
- Experience in photography and videography.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design.
