About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to handle our daily content needs, including client poster designs, social media creatives, and engaging reels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver high-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities / Day-to-Day Work:

• Graphic Design: Create eye-catching posters, social media posts, banners, and marketing materials daily.
• Video Editing: Produce short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips optimized for social media platforms.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all content aligns with client requirements.
• Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the team to conceptualize innovative ideas for campaigns.
• Timely Delivery: Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and meet daily deadlines.
• Content Optimization: Adapt designs and videos for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
• Strong eye for design, color, typography, and composition.
• Experience in social media content creation and video editing.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred (Optional):

• Experience in motion graphics, animation, and trending reel formats.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing trends and engagement strategies.
