We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of professional experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and graphic design assets that showcase our property listings and enhance our brand presence across multiple platforms.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of visual storytelling, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging video content, including property tours, neighborhood features, client testimonials, and social media ads.
• Design and create compelling graphic assets for digital and print marketing, including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
• Utilize motion graphics and animation to create dynamic visual elements for video projects.
• Color correct and grade video footage to ensure a polished, professional, and consistent look.
• Manage, organize, and maintain a library of digital assets, including video footage, graphics, and photography.
• Collaborate with the marketing and agent teams to develop creative concepts that meet strategic objectives.
• Stay current with the latest trends in video editing, graphic design, and real estate marketing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-2 years of professional or intensive freelance experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Software Proficiency:
• Adobe Premiere Pro (Required)
• Adobe After Effects (Required)
• Adobe Illustrator (Required)
• Capcut
• Core Competencies:
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to learn new software and techniques quickly (Fast Learner).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with CapCut for social media content creation.
• Experience with Canva for rapid graphic design tasks.
• Knowledge of real estate or architectural photography.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience in real estate or related fields is highly desirable.
