We are seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This dual-role position requires a visual storyteller who can bring ideas to life through compelling graphics and engaging video content. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, has a strong eye for design, and is experienced in crafting visual assets for both digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials such as banners, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and web assets.
- Create and maintain visual brand consistency across all projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualise campaigns, product launches, and branding strategies.
- Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for digital and print production.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for distribution across various platforms (YouTube, social media, internal comms, etc.).
- Add graphics, motion effects, subtitles, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
- Work with creative leads to understand project scope and objectives.
- Colour correct and sound mix video content to ensure high production quality.
- Organize and maintain a video and motion graphics asset library.
- Assist in pre-production planning and occasional filming if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar).
- Solid understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and motion/video work.
- Knowledge of social media formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication skills and ability to receive and implement feedback.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with animation/motion graphics (e.g. using After Effects or similar).
- Knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles.
- Photography and basic shooting skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or DaVinci Resolve.
