Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Post & Video Creator to design engaging content for our IAS Academy. The candidate will be responsible for creating graphics, reels, short videos, and promotional content to enhance our online presence and attract students for UPSC, TNPSC, Bank, SSC, and other competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching social media posts, reels, and videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Design banners, posters, ads, and infographics for promotions and campaigns.
• Shoot and edit short videos, interviews, classroom clips, and testimonials.
• Collaborate with the academic and marketing team to create content calendars.
• Monitor social media trends and use creative strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Manage basic video editing, subtitles, and background music.

Requirements

• Experience in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of video editing, graphic design, and social media trends.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of education/competitive exam coaching industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
