We are a premier commercial wedding venue known for delivering exceptional experiences. To elevate our brand presence across digital and print, we are hiring a full-time Designer with strong skills in graphic design and video editing.

Job Summary:
As a Designer, you will create high-quality visual content for social media, ads, website, and print. You’ll work on-site, capturing quick b-roll when needed, editing reels, designing brochures and hoardings, and building a consistent brand identity. This role requires speed, creativity, and flexibility for event days, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social creatives: posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, thumbnails, ad banners.
• Edit short-form videos (reels/shorts) with strong pacing, transitions, captions, and hooks.
• Develop print collaterals: brochures, rate cards, standees, signage, invites, hoardings.
• Maintain brand guidelines, color palettes, typography, and reusable templates.
• Perform basic on-ground capture (phone/mirrorless) of décor setups and venue highlights.
• Create simple motion graphics: logo stings, lower thirds, kinetic text.
• Prepare print-ready files (bleed, CMYK, sizing) and coordinate with vendors.
• Organize assets: file naming, project folders, backups, and version control.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Ops to deliver on campaign calendars and event deadlines.
• Track content performance (watch time, saves/shares, CTR) and iterate designs accordingly.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (strong freshers with portfolios considered).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro; After Effects basic/intermediate preferred.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, composition, and color; premium/luxury aesthetic.
• Social-first mindset: formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16), subtitles, hooks, thumbnail strategy.
• Basic photography/videography skills; comfort shooting quick b-roll on-site.
• Excellent time management; ability to deliver same-day/next-day edits when needed.
• Good communication skills; Kannada/Hindi is a plus for on-ground coordination.
• Flexibility to work weekends/late evenings based on event schedules.
