Full Job Description

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to produce engaging graphics, high-quality videos, and audio-visual content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, company profile and print materials.

- Edit and produce professional videos for marketing campaigns, social media, ads, and promotional materials.

- Add intro/outro elements, sound effects, and background music to podcasts.

- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance content.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative content ideas.

- Ensure all visuals and audio assets align with brand identity and maintain consistency across platforms.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Stay updated with the latest design, video editing, and content creation trends.

Skills & Requirements

- 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva). Experience with audio editing tools such as Adobe Audition or Audacity is a plus.

- Strong understanding of motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling.

- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Not Required)

- Experience with photography and videography.

- Familiarity with social media algorithms and content optimization.

- Knowledge of Canva and other design tools for quick edits.
