Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Elate Digital is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong creative vision and leadership skills to elevate our brand and client visual identities. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise to create impactful visuals that align with client goals and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative designs for digital campaigns, branding, websites, and social media.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and interns to maintain design quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to develop visually engaging campaigns.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and visuals.
• Oversee multiple design projects from concept to delivery while meeting deadlines.
• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams effectively.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry standards to ensure innovation in all creative outputs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2 -3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro), Canva, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a design team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
