Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Graphic Designer / Video Editor, you will:

• Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging video edits for YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Design visually compelling social media posts, thumbnails, ads, and marketing creatives.
• Design visually compelling creatives including social media posts, thumbnails, ads, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design and video content, maintaining a strong visual identity.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and leadership teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior designers/editors, ensuring quality standards and knowledge sharing.
• Work efficiently with industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Research and implement the latest design and video trends, introducing innovative approaches to elevate brand presence.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on creativity and quality.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Video Editor
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and video editing skills.
• Deep understanding of visual composition, digital storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading creative projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to deliver premium-quality outputs.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Leadership skills with the ability to provide creative direction and mentor junior team members.
