Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visuals for digital and print platforms. You should be able to understand client requirements, translate ideas into designs, and maintain brand consistency across all creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging graphics for social media posts, ads, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Develop brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and design systems.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing campaigns.
- Prepare design drafts and present ideas to clients or internal teams.
- Ensure all creatives are consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for different formats.
- Edit and retouch images, create illustrations, and manage design assets.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools like Canva and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to design for multiple formats (social media, web, print).
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics, short videos, or animations.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design basics.
- Understanding of marketing principles and campaign objectives.
