The company is now strengthening its creative communications team to enhance its digital presence and showcase its landmark projects through engaging and high-impact visual storytelling.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Content Professional who can conceptualize, design, and produce social media content — both graphics and short-form videos — that effectively communicates the company’s events, achievements, and brand personality. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with hands-on design and editing skills, a good understanding of current social media trends, and a passion for turning ideas into visually appealing digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design social media posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create visually appealing graphics, motion visuals, and short-form videos for ongoing and past events.
• Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative assets.
• Design content around event promotions, brand campaigns, achievements, behind-the-scenes, and live moments.
• Edit event footage, teasers, and highlight reels using modern tools and effects.
• Ensure brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery of content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and design innovations relevant to the event industry.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling, and design composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva) or similar tools.
• Ability to design graphics, thumbnails, and reels optimized for digital and social media platforms.
• Video editing and basic motion graphics skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a keen understanding of brand tone and audience engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Design, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media design and video content creation, preferably in the event, entertainment, or advertising industry.
• Portfolio demonstrating a mix of graphic and video work is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
