Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can bring stories to life through compelling visuals and impactful video content.
If you love editing videos, designing scroll-stopping creatives, and have a keen eye for social media aesthetics — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing (Primary Focus – 70%)

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Work on reels, ad creatives, doctor profile videos, client case studies, testimonials, and campaign promos.
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
• Optimize videos for different formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to align visuals with campaign goals.

Graphic Design (30%)

• Design creative social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and ad creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital content.
• Support design needs for websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Video Editor / Graphic Designer in a digital marketing setup or creative agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and motion graphics.
• Basic knowledge of color grading, audio sync, and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, reels, and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetic sense.

Good to Have:

• Experience in shooting or directing short videos.
• Knowledge of animation or 3D motion graphics.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and ad formats.
