About Us:

Next Door Real Estate is one of Dubai’s fastest-growing real estate firms, known for its innovative marketing strategies and strong presence in both the off-plan and secondary property markets. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our remote marketing team.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a talented professional who can edit a minimum of 5 engaging reels per day and design high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and capable of bringing fresh content ideas that boost engagement and visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit 5+ high-quality reels or short-form videos daily for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Design visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, and marketing creatives for campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
• Stay up to date with real estate and social media trends to create relevant and engaging content.
• Ensure all content maintains the brand’s tone, quality, and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deliverables.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to generate and execute new content ideas is a strong plus.
