Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our creative team full-time. This is a work-from-home position for someone who can independently manage projects, deliver high-quality visuals, and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging videos for social media, ads, campaigns, and long-form content.
• Create high-quality graphics, thumbnails, reels, banners, and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand briefs and deliver on time.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Repurpose raw footage into polished, audience-ready content.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound design where needed.
• Brainstorm creative concepts, visual ideas, and storytelling approaches.
• Manage file organization, project timelines, and deliverables efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design (portfolio required).
• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools).
• Understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific editing styles.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong sense of design, color, layout, typography, and pacing.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Basic sound editing/mixing.
• Knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Shorts, and online content trends.
• Ability to take feedback positively and improve continuously.
