Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor with proven experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and Filmora, and 1–2 years of experience in the Blockchain/Web3 domain, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content tailored for the rapidly growing Web3 ecosystem. You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver visually compelling videos that simplify complex blockchain concepts and elevate brand communication.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos with smooth transitions and clear storytelling.
• Create Web3-centric explainer videos, product demos, event highlights, and community updates.
• Integrate sound effects, background music, text overlays, infographics, animations, and Web3-themed motion graphics.
• Work collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and target audience.
• Maintain, organize, and manage video assets, footage, and project files.
• Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines and are optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, X, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, Website, etc.).
• Stay updated with blockchain trends, market narratives, and industry-standard editing styles used in leading Web3 projects.
• Research and implement new editing tools, plugins, and creative techniques to enhance production quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the Blockchain/Web3 industry (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora and basic knowledge of After Effects or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Web3 concepts: blockchain, tokens, DeFi, NFTs, gaming, L1/L2 solutions, etc.
• Ability to transform complex blockchain information into visually simplified and engaging content.
• Excellent sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and audio synchronization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a fast-paced team.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for video content creation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
