Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Job Responsibilities
Video Editing (Primary Role)

• Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, podcasts, interviews, and documentaries.
• Create engaging reels, shorts, property walkthroughs, and promotional videos.
• Add sound design, color correction, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Manage full post-production workflow from raw footage to final output.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content.

Graphic Designing

• Design social media posts, ads, thumbnails, brochures, banners, and branding materials.
• Create compelling YouTube thumbnails and podcast cover art.
• Work closely with the marketing & real estate teams to design creatives for promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing layouts for both digital and print media.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Knowledge of color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to create high-quality YouTube-friendly content.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work on deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in real estate content is a plus but not mandatory.
