The Role: Your Game-Changing Responsibilities
You are a master storyteller who speaks fluent video. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for all stages of post-production, delivering high-quality, impactful video content across TIDA Sports' marketing channels.
- Edit & Assemble: Cut, edit, and assemble raw video footage (interviews, product shoots, B-roll, and athletic highlights) into polished, final products optimized for specific platforms (social, web, retail displays, and internal use).
- Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Design and implement basic motion graphics, lower thirds, text overlays, and visual effects (VFX) to enhance video engagement and reinforce brand identity.
- Color Grading & Audio Mixing: Perform expert color correction and grading to maintain a consistent, high-end visual tone. Mix, sweeten, and master all audio tracks (music, sound effects, voice-overs) for optimal clarity and emotional impact.
- File Management: Maintain a highly organized digital asset library, cataloging raw footage, project files, and final exports for easy retrieval and archiving.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and production teams to incorporate feedback, translate creative briefs into video realities, and meet tight, often rapid, deadlines.
- Stay on Trend: Keep up-to-date with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media platform requirements (e.g., aspect ratios, video length limits).
What You'll Bring (Your Toolkit)
- Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience (in-house, agency, or high-volume freelance). Experience in sports, fitness, or high-energy consumer brand video is a significant plus.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in industry-standard editing software, including:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Essential)
- Adobe After Effects (Motion Graphics & VFX)
- Adobe Audition/Other DAW (Audio Sweetening/Mixing)
- DaVinci Resolve (Color Grading preferred)
- Strong Portfolio: A reel or portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in pacing, visual storytelling, and creating dynamic, high-impact short-form content.
- Creative Eye for Sports: A deep understanding of how to build tension, highlight athletic performance, and use music/sound design to drive motivation and emotion.
- Organization: A meticulous approach to project file management and version control.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
